First of all, thank you to every community that chose CS2Hoster. Demand has been much higher than we expected, and all of our physical servers are now running at full capacity.
We could fit more game servers on the same machines, but that would mean fewer resources for every server, an unstable tick rate and lag for your players. We won't do that. So, for now, we are temporarily pausing new orders.
What this means for you
Existing customers
Nothing changes. Your servers keep running exactly as before, with the same reserved resources.
New orders
We can't accept new hosting packages right now. A spot only opens up when an existing customer cancels.
More slots
Existing packages can't be upgraded with more slots for the moment.
What we are doing
We are committed to adding 20 more servers as soon as possible. We don't have an exact date yet, but as soon as orders reopen, we will announce it right here.
