02The service

We rent Counter-Strike 2 game servers on a monthly basis. Each server comes with the resources shown when you order: player slots, reserved RAM, storage and a dedicated IP.

03Your account

• You need an account to place an order, and the details you provide must be real and correct.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.

04Orders and availability

Orders are accepted only while capacity is available. We may refuse or cancel an order if there is no free capacity. In that case, any payment made is refunded in full.

05Prices and payment

• The price is the monthly price shown when you order. CENTERMAG SRL is not registered for VAT, so the price shown is the final price.
• Payment is made in advance for each month.
• There are no long-term contracts.

06Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel at any time. Your server stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Payments for a month that has already started are not refunded, except when we could not deliver the server.

07Acceptable use

You may not use your server for illegal activities, attacks (such as DDoS), distributing malware, copyright infringement, or anything that harms other customers or our infrastructure. If these rules are broken, we may suspend the server without a refund.

08Availability and liability

• We do our best to keep every server running at all times, but we cannot guarantee 100% availability.
• We are not liable for indirect losses.
• You are responsible for keeping backups of your important files.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Important changes will be announced on our News page.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will first be handled amicably and, if needed, by the competent courts in Romania.
